This is my version of the Bristlebot / Vibrobot. It uses a toothbrush head, mini-clothespin, and a cellphone vibrating motor. A lot of the designs I’ve seen use very inconvenient battery mounts and switches. Using a clothespin, one can easily install and remove the battery, and it also doubles as a electronic switch. One downside I’ve found is that the center of gravity is unbalanced. It becomes a bit top heavy making it very easy to tip over. Watch the video here, or the embed below.
